June 1st: Day 31

Hey, its Happy Wedding Anniversary to us today. Even though a really good friend of mine had reminded me about this day coming up two days ago, but George still beat me in remembering our big day. I'll have to try to beat him next year (Hey, Penny can you remind me next year like at midnight on May 31st?). George had another good day of riding with tail winds for about an hour, with across winds for the rest of the way but not as high as they have been lately. I got on my bike too today. The aero bars were not as hard to ride on as I had thought but I don't like them (they do seem to help a little with the tail bone), mainly because the view sucks while using these things. The only view you have is of the pavement/road (its very difficult to look around). I felt like I was biking for a race or something instead of touring. Kansas is a great place to ride though, wide roads with very little traffic.
